With years of experience in the mental health field, I have supported people navigating dementia, Alzheimer’s, psychosis, schizophrenia, and other chronic mental health conditions. I was honored with an Inspire Award by the NHS in recognition of my contributions. This work deepened my understanding of trauma and human resilience, inspiring my dedication to guiding others through their own healing and transformation.

I have been initiated into the sacred practices of shamanism and plant medicine. With a deep reverence for ancient traditions, the spirit world, and the elements, I integrate shamanic wisdom into my work to guide others on their journey of healing and transformation. My path is rooted in honoring the interconnectedness of all life, creating safe and sacred spaces for people to reconnect with their inner truth, reclaim their personal power, and align with the natural rhythms of their soul. Additionally, I am attuned to Rahanni Celestial Healing, a heart-centered modality that channels the gentle yet transformative energy of the pink ray of light, fostering integration, balance, and unconditional love.

My practice also incorporates Human Design and astrology, offering unique insights into the soul's blueprint and life purpose.
